The Short Version ✨
We built Funitize to be fun, not creepy. We collect only what we need to make the app work, we never sell your data, and we keep everything secure. That's it.
What We Collect
When you install Funitize, we access basic store information required by Shopify to deliver the app — including your store URL, email address, and theme data. We use this to configure and display your animations correctly.
We collect basic analytics about how the app is used (which effects are popular, how often the app is opened) to help us improve Funitize. This data is anonymized and aggregated — we can't trace it back to individual stores.
What We Don't Do
We do not sell your data to anyone. Ever. We do not share your information with third parties for advertising. We do not store your customers' personal information. We do not access any data beyond what Shopify's app permissions require.
Cookies
Funitize uses cookies only for essential app functionality — remembering your animation preferences and keeping your session active. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
Your Rights
You can uninstall Funitize at any time through your Shopify admin. Upon uninstall, we delete your store data within 30 days. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

These Terms of Service govern your use of Funitize ("the App"), developed by TIKTOKTACTIC AGENCY LLC. By installing and using Funitize, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English because we don't like lawyer-speak either.
Using Funitize
Funitize is a Shopify app that adds animations, popups, and effects to your store. You may use it for any lawful commercial purpose on your Shopify store. You may not use Funitize to display content that is illegal, harmful, or violates Shopify's terms of service.
Subscription & Payment
Funitize is available for $11.95 per year, billed annually through Shopify Billing. A 2-day free trial is available for new installations. All charges are processed by Shopify. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin.
Intellectual Property
The Funitize app, its animations, and its code remain the intellectual property of TIKTOKTACTIC AGENCY LLC. Custom images and graphics that you upload remain your property.
Limitation of Liability
We work hard to make Funitize reliable and bug-free, but we can't guarantee it will be perfect at all times. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you via email and through the Shopify App Store if we make significant changes.
